Eurosatory 2018: Bertin to begin production of Saphyrads MS end of 2018

At Eurosatory, Bertin is showcasing an innovative multi-probe military radiation meter for harsh environment and emergency situations, the Saphyrads MS (EX-DOM 420). Bertin has developed the new multiprobe military survey meter (with the expertise of Saphymo*) under a contract awarded by the French Defense Procurement Agency. This latest generation portable monitor is designed to detect and measure radioactivity in harsh environment. Read more

Russian Taifun air-droppable armored vehicle prototypes tested

Prototypes of the Taifun air-droppable armored vehicle designed for the Russian airborne force are currently undergoing state trials, Chief of the Airborne Force’s Automobile Service Lieutenant-Colonel Ilya Ivanov said. "Under the R&D work, prototypes have been developed on the basis of the Taifun vehicle and are currently undergoing state trials," Ivanov said.
