Sweden will purchase U.S. Patriot air defense missile systems

Sweden close to sign a deal in the next few weeks to purchase American-made Patriot air defense missile system from the U.S. Company Raytheon. Russian Taifun air-droppable armored vehicle prototypes tested

Prototypes of the Taifun air-droppable armored vehicle designed for the Russian airborne force are currently undergoing state trials, Chief of the Airborne Force’s Automobile Service Lieutenant-Colonel Ilya Ivanov said. "Under the R&D work, prototypes have been developed on the basis of the Taifun vehicle and are currently undergoing state trials," Ivanov said.
