Saab to deliver new Carl-Gustaf M4 weapon system to Swedish Army

Saab has received an order from the Swedish Defence Materiel Administration (FMV) for deliveries of the Carl-Gustaf® M4, the latest version of the Carl-Gustaf weapon system, to the Swedish Armed Forces. With this order, five countries have ordered the new system since it was launched in late 2014. Delivery will take place during 2018. Read more

Russian Taifun air-droppable armored vehicle prototypes tested

Prototypes of the Taifun air-droppable armored vehicle designed for the Russian airborne force are currently undergoing state trials, Chief of the Airborne Force’s Automobile Service Lieutenant-Colonel Ilya Ivanov said. "Under the R&D work, prototypes have been developed on the basis of the Taifun vehicle and are currently undergoing state trials," Ivanov said.
